PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments through Razorpay and PhonePe online transactions. When you choose to pay with Razorpay or PhonePe, you may be redirected to their website to complete the payment. Rest assured, your bank details are securely handled by Razorpay and PhonePe’s payment gateway, which encrypts all your sensitive information.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 2-day return policy for items that are in new and unused condition with all the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. If the item is damaged or defective, please include a video demonstrating the issue when submitting your claim.
REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may refuse the package upon delivery and it will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately for a replacement. We will exchange items that are defective or damaged upon arrival if notified within 7 days of delivery.
SHIPPING POLICY
We process orders within 2 business days in kanyakumari District. Other Tamil Nadu District orders within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping times may vary based on location and shipping method chosen In case of returns, the opening video of courier received is must for any claims
